Overview

RecoveryDesk is operated by Radom UG. RecoveryDesk reads Shopify order, refund, product, inventory cost, discount, tax, and shipping data needed to generate recovery evidence. The app does not request write access and does not display customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses in reports.

Data We Process

Merchant-uploaded payout, duty, carrier, or landed-cost CSV files are used only to generate evidence for the installed shop.

How We Use Data

We use this data to authenticate the merchant, scan available store recovery signals, generate review candidates, create CSV exports, operate billing through Shopify, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Storage and Retention

Shopify session data is stored securely for app authentication. Evidence exports are generated for the installed store and are not legal, tax, privacy, security, or regulatory advice. We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide and support the app, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We use Shopify APIs and infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the app. App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing.

Merchant Choices

Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin at any time. To ask about data access, correction, or deletion, contact support@konverter-pro.de.
